We are well known for providing accurate as-built BIM models and as-built documentation. These as-built models are the reflection of the built stage of all kind of building trades which includes MEP, architecture and structure. We assure to create high-quality as-built BIM models which capture all kind of changes which are taking place at the time of construction.

We have also developed number of efficient processes to capture different changes which take place at the time of construction. With the help of As-Built drawings and using contractors and sub-contractors mark up the notes. We are also known to incorporate the change and modifications of the information into the BIM in order to generate integrated As-Built models.

We are capable of providing and producing As-built models and drawing with the help of traditional ways of the collection. While working based on traditional ways we also make sure that we collect As-Built, site updates information through the site teams and also integrate it into the To be built clash-free model developed earlier and then develop an as-built model. We have developed numerous efficient processes to capture the changes which take place at the time of construction. With the help of As-Built drawings and contractors and subcontractors mark-ups, we incorporate the changes and information in the BIM in order to generate integrated As-Built Model. To simplify if required these As-built models can also be utilised to generate 2D As-Built drawings. The process related to As-Built information modelling using new technology can be divided into two parts Building information modelling and data acquisition.

  • Data Acquisition Model: There are a number of techniques which can be used for the acquisition of data in order to generate As-Built in construction. But there are some limited techniques to acquire data with the possibility for the creation of digital modelling. Traditional Practice is mostly based on graphical standards for 2D drawings. The accuracy of these traditional As-Built methods is within the lines of required tolerance. Traditional site layout method is known to be labour intensive and also require re-measuring many times.
  • Photogrammetry: Researchers use photogrammetry techniques in order to produce digital and parametric data for as-built information modelling. Photogrammetry is known as geometric information which is derived from photographs. However, this method has limitations. This approach cannot produce the required information about the topography of irregular shapes in detail, and also cannot provide the details of irregular shapes and curves, whereas lidar scanners can capture such details easily.
  • Lidar Scanner: Lidar is known as laser imaging technology which is increasingly employed for capturing scenes with millimetre to centimetre accuracy. It provides accurate, fast, comprehensive and detailed 3D data in regards to the scanned scenes at the rate of thousands of point measurements per second. Laser scanners collect data in the terms of point clouds which are shapes and dimensions of objects in real space converted as a collection of points in a 3D digital space.
